My account (/dashboard/account) holds your personal settings — distinct from organization settings, which live under Settings → Organization.

Profile

Edit your first name, last name, and email, then click Save changes.

Profile picture (avatar)

Your profile picture — the avatar shown next to your name — is set by URL, not by uploading a file:
  1. Host the photo somewhere publicly reachable (any image URL works, e.g. https://example.com/avatar.png).
  2. Paste that link into the Avatar URL field.
  3. Click Save changes — the preview at the top of the card updates.
There is currently no file-upload option for profile photos; the URL field is the whole mechanism. Clear the field and save to go back to the default avatar (your initials).
If you sign in through your company’s identity provider (SSO), your email is managed there and shown read-only — you can still update your name and profile picture here.

Passkeys

Passkeys give you passwordless sign-in backed by your device (Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware security key):
  • Add passkey registers a new one through your browser. Registered passkeys are listed with the date added, and you can remove any of them.
  • Verify now performs a passkey check on your current session.
Organizations can require passkeys as part of their security policy. If yours does, a banner on this page prompts you to add a passkey (or verify with one after signing in) before you can keep using organization resources — that post-login passkey check is the second factor. Admins configure the requirement on the SSO & security settings.

Desktop app (macOS)

Download for macOS installs the native ThunderPhone app: the same dashboard in its own application window, without browser tabs or an address bar. The current beta requires macOS 12 or later.

Sign out

Sign out ends your session on this device.
