Every dashboard page has an Ask Copilot button in the corner. It opens a chat panel that knows ThunderPhone and your workspace — the fastest way to answer “how do I…?” without leaving what you’re doing.

What it can do

Answer questions. Ask about anything — features, pricing tiers, “why did this call fail”, “where do I add a teammate”. The input placeholder says it plainly: Ask about your workspace… Show you, not just tell you. When the answer is a place in the app, the copilot can take you there and point: it navigates to the right page, highlights the exact control, and offers step-by-step walkthroughs — look for the Show me style offers after an answer. It can also start any of the guided tours you see in the sidebar’s Guided tours menu. Do things with your approval. Ask it to make a change — “make my support agent friendlier”, “turn on voicemail detection” — and it drafts a proposal card: the exact prompt or configuration change, shown as a before/after diff. Nothing is applied until you click Apply, and you can dismiss any proposal. Talk instead of type. Two voice options sit next to the message box when voice is available:
  • Dictate — speak once; your words land in the message box for review before sending.
  • Voice conversation — hands-free back-and-forth: it listens, answers out loud, and keeps listening. End it with the hang-up button. A speaker toggle at the top of the panel also lets you have any reply read aloud.
Hand you to a human. Flip the panel’s toggle to Talk to a human to reach the ThunderPhone team in the same window. Support chat supports image attachments and can escalate to a live voice call inside the panel; if the support engineer needs to see your screen, you’ll get a one-click prompt to share the current tab (with fullscreen viewing) — sharing is always your choice.

Good things to ask

  • “How do I connect HubSpot?”
  • “Walk me through creating an API key.”
  • “Why is my agent’s success rate down this week?”
  • “Set up an alert for failure rate above 10%.”
  • “What does whisper do on a live call?”
The copilot works on real organizations — it’s not available while browsing in demo mode. Guided tours remain available anytime from the sidebar’s Guided tours button.
