The dashboard home (/dashboard) is the operational summary for the organization you currently have selected. It combines recent call volume, quality, open issues, and calls happening now, with links into the detailed workspaces behind each number.
New organizations see the five-step setup checklist first. Complete or skip it to reach the operational dashboard. You can replay its walkthroughs from Guided tours in the sidebar; see the dashboard quickstart.

Choose the time window

The call-volume chart supports 7, 14, and 30 day windows. Changing the window updates the chart and the summary table below it. Use Group by to switch between:
  • Agents — one series and one summary row per voice agent.
  • Numbers — one series and one summary row per phone number. Number labels appear in place of raw numbers when you have added them.
The chart shows calls over time. Hover a point to inspect the date and the series contributing calls on that day.

Read the summary table

Each agent or phone-number row reports: Select a row to open Call History with the corresponding agent, number, and date window already applied. For a number that handles both directions, the link uses its predominant call direction for the filter.

Needs attention

Needs attention groups unresolved issue reports by title and shows the number of affected calls. Select a row to open that issue pattern on the Issues page, or choose All issues for the complete triage queue. When there are no open issues, the panel reports that operational checks are clear.

Live and queued calls

Live & queued calls shows up to four calls that are in progress or waiting to start, including:
  • Inbound, outbound, or web-call direction.
  • The caller or callee, using your saved phone-number label when available.
  • The assigned agent.
  • A Live or Queued status.
If more than four calls are active, the final row reports the additional count. Open Call history to see the complete list, or use Live monitoring to listen and coach an in-progress call.

Organization switching

Every number on this page belongs to the organization selected in the sidebar. Switching organizations changes the agents, numbers, calls, issues, and billing context together. See Organization settings for the settings that apply at that boundary.
